01 — Agreement

By visiting jasse.pl or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept this short, plain, and honest.

02 — About Jasse

Jasse is a lifestyle brand and technology platform based in Poland. We curate vintage watches and jewelry, host a community for those who care about style and self-improvement, and provide online scheduling and educational tools (Jasse Tutoring) across jasse.pl and associated subdomains. 03 — Using the site

You may browse jasse.pl freely. In exchange, please do not attempt to disrupt our systems, scrape our content in bulk for commercial purposes, or harass others.

04 — Purchases & shipping

Watches and jewelry are mostly sold through our Vinted shop and via Instagram DMs. Prices include VAT where applicable. We ship worldwide, carefully packaged, with tracking.

05 — Returns & refunds

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if you're a consumer buying directly from us, you have 14 days from receiving the item to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Return shipping is at your cost unless we made a mistake.

06 — Tutoring & scheduling services

Through our platform (including subdomains such as mariazatorska.jasse.pl and related fleet sites), Jasse provides technology infrastructure enabling students to schedule educational lessons with independent tutors.

• Role of the Platform: Jasse provides booking and calendar synchronization software. Teaching curriculum and commercial agreements are made directly between student and tutor.
• Google Calendar Integration: Tutors connecting their Google Calendar authorize Jasse Tutoring to inspect interval availability and create lesson events. Authorization can be revoked at any time.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Handled via self-service links provided in confirmation emails.

07 — Intellectual property

Everything on jasse.pl — text, photographs, design, layout — is owned by Jasse or used with permission. The brand name Jasse, the logo, and the wordmark are our trademarks.

08 — User content & communications

If you send us a message or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it with credit. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time.

09 — Disclaimers

jasse.pl is provided "as is." Vintage research and historical information is shared in good faith as an ongoing conversation.

10 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law, direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

11 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12 — Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top reflects the active version.
