01 — Agreement

By visiting jasse.pl or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept this short, plain, and honest — read it once and you're set.

02 — About Jasse

Jasse is a small lifestyle brand based in Poland. We curate vintage watches and jewelry, and host a community for those who care about style and self-improvement. Contact: jassebusiness@gmail.com.

03 — Using the site

You may browse jasse.pl freely. In exchange, please don't:

• Attempt to break into our systems or disrupt the service
• Scrape or download our content in bulk for commercial purposes
• Use the site to harass other people or send unsolicited messages
• Misrepresent yourself as us or as someone affiliated with us

04 — Purchases & shipping

Watches and jewelry are mostly sold through our Vinted shop and via Instagram DMs. The Terms of the platform you buy from also apply to that purchase.

For direct purchases (via email or DM):

• Prices are in PLN and include VAT where applicable
• Payment is taken before shipping
• Each piece is described honestly; condition, age, and patina are reflected in photos and notes
• We ship worldwide, carefully packaged, with tracking
• Shipping times depend on destination — typically 2–5 business days within the EU, 7–14 days elsewhere

05 — Returns & refunds

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), if you're a consumer buying directly from us, you have 14 days from receiving the item to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it. Return shipping is at your cost unless we made a mistake.

Vintage objects sometimes have quirks. If something arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

06 — Intellectual property

Everything on jasse.pl — text, photographs, design, layout — is owned by Jasse or used with permission. You may share our content (with attribution) for personal, non-commercial purposes. For anything else (republication, commercial use, large excerpts), please ask us first at jassebusiness@gmail.com.

The brand name Jasse, the logo, and the wordmark are our trademarks.

07 — User content & communications

If you send us a message, photo, or any content (e.g. a testimonial, a photo of your watch in the wild), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with Jasse — for example, to share on Instagram with credit. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time.

By writing to us, you also confirm you have the right to share that content with us.

08 — Disclaimers

jasse.pl is provided "as is." We work hard to make it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee that:

• The site will always be available or error-free
• Information about vintage objects (age, provenance, exact specs) is perfectly accurate — vintage research is an ongoing conversation
• External links lead to safe or accurate content (we link in good faith, but the destinations belong to others)

The Sunday letter and any "improve yourself" content is shared as a personal perspective, not professional advice. Don't substitute it for advice from doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors.

09 — Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Polish and EU law, Jasse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts, except where consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

If you're an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11 — Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
